MELINDA BAKER & SCARLET SAPP are a mother-daughter duo who have a huge range of crafts which include natural herbal salves and liniments, dolls with doll houses, leather work, gourds, jewelry, crochet and knitted items, beadwork, and ornaments.
Melinda has been crafting over 50 years and working with herbs over 20 years, having learned these crafts from family, special classes and other artisans. Living in Virginia and West Virginia, she was always a crafter even as she worked in the business world of accounting. She considers her attention to detail as the hallmark of her crafts but gets special joy by bringing healing to her customers, whether due to joy from her crafts or physical healing a body in pain. She’s happiest when she can physically create the picture in her mind which in turn makes others happy. But she is ever evolving, both as an artisan and as a spiritual being.
