In this class with Brenda Preuss, you will learn to use TCW’s newest Stencil Butters to create backgrounds, watercolor images, and create texture using some lovely, layered stencils from TCW. The materials provided with the instructions are stencil butters, watercolor paper, palette knives, blender brushes plus the basics to create the 2 completed cards. In addition, you will take home one TCW layering stencil and the necessary skills to create more.
